Bidder Comstock – Imperial Guardsman

Imported from Instagram, sorry I couldn’t pull a description

A veteran of the Augustine PDF as it was before the walking plague subsumed that world. Following on from the wider fallout from that incident the Ecclesiarchy’s influence grew dramatically in the sector, particularly on and around Augustine.

Their sway across the Militarum in the sector saw many Guardsmen, PDF corpsmen and even civilians who served in the wars but were found wanting or otherwise considered tainted by the conflict transferred to newly formed Synodigian regiments. These compound regiments often see heavily embedded elements from the Ecclisiarchy’s stronghold in the region; Nova Glorious.

Comstock is an example of the Benedictine XIth, clad in penitent white, these dour regiments march to battle in a haze of incense laden gasses exhaled from beneath their anonymising beatific faceplates – the inhalation of which the Ecclesiarchy maintains allows them to better channel the will of the Emperor.
